Executive Chef Luis Cosme

Executive Chef Luis Cosme learned to cook in Puerto Rico and never stopped chasing flavors from the rest of the world. Both show up on the plate at 1874. He wants the courtyard to feel like sitting down at his family's table. Ask him what to order and he will point you to the oven roasted branzino, the whole fish he keeps coming back to.
